Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams to hit specific revenue and profit goals for ED marketing
  • Know what should be on a landing page
  • Understand the top objections and concerns a potential customer has and how to overcome them on a landing page
  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention, with a focus on ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Create and implement email marketing strategies
  • Develop and implement product marketing initiatives to promote services effectively.
  • Utilize data to back marketing strategies and articulate the impact of marketing actions.
  • Creative Pipeline:
  • Develop and manage creative assets for paid media campaigns and conversion-focused content.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization:
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness, make data-driven decisions, and continually optimize marketing efforts.
  • Conduct split testing and implement changes based on data insights to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience taking ownership in the marketing efforts or a company selling ED medication
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment, navigating ambiguity and driving results amidst rapid growth and evolving priorities.
  • Proven experience in hiring, firing, managing and growing teams.
  • Proven experience driving results through multiple startup companies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing creative pipelines for digital ads, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, from ideation to execution.
