Role Overview:
The Director of Strategic Partnerships will drive BrightMeds’ collaboration efforts with large corporations, pharmaceutical companies, and healthcare networks. This role is pivotal in establishing and managing relationships that expand access to modern weight management medications and services. By fostering key partnerships, you will enable BrightMeds to deliver innovative solutions to a broader audience while enhancing our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and formalize strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and related entities.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit.

  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to expand the reach of BrightMeds’ offerings through partnerships.

  • Operational Integration: Work closely with internal teams to integrate partnership-driven initiatives into BrightMeds’ platform, including delivery and customer experience.

  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and other healthcare standards.

  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, leveraging data to optimize relationships and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of securing and managing partnerships with large corporations, pharmaceutical companies, or healthcare entities.

  • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or telehealth sectors preferred.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, including HIPAA and healthcare industry regulations.

  • Strategic thinker with an ability to execute operational plans effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
